Before Your Appointment

In order to better know you and so that you know what to expect, please complete the forms your provider has assigned to you.  Complete these prior to your arrival.  These forms are located on the Forms page.

When You Arrive

I share my office with the South Texas Spinal Clinic.  When you arrive, please check in with the receptionist. You will be required to complete a short COVID questionnaire and get your temperature taken. They will then notify me and I will escort you to my office. 

Private Pay Fees 

• $125 for First Session (Diagnostic Assessment)
• $100 for full (53-57 min. session)
• $100 Full Phone Session (15-50 minutes)
• $55 Partial Phone Consultation (1-15 minutes)
• $150 Weekend Sessions when available
• $ 25 / Printed Reports or Letters

All potential clients should contact their health insurance company to  see if their policy reimburses for mental health services. I am credentialed with the above insurances through SonderMind. Upon request,  we can provide you with a receipt for reimbursement  purposes.  Submitting a claim to your insurance usually requires that we  provide a mental health diagnosis when applicable which becomes part of  your permanent medical history and records. 

Visit Information

• Payment is due at time of session.
• Payment methods: cash, check, credit & debit cards, Venmo
• Receipts provided upon request.

No Show and Cancellations

No-Shows & Late Cancellations (24 hours notice required) will be  charged the full session fee of $125 (first session) or $100/hr and will be collected through Venmo or credit card.   Feel free to use the Messaging link on the bottom right to notify me or use the contact form here.
